A&J Equipment was founded in 2025 by husband and wife team AJ and Johannah Neff. AJ is your primary point of contact when purchasing equipment, while Johannah manages behind the scenes operations, including keeping our website up to date, all while raising their three children at home.
We are a small town dealer dedicated to providing high quality, work ready skid steer machinery to meet the needs of a variety of industries.
